Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Sitrep subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled through Stripe, our payment processor. Email us at support@sitrep.com with your order email and we'll arrange it for you. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Trials and cancellations

Where a free trial is offered, you won't be charged until it ends — cancel before then and nothing is billed. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your Billing tab; access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Payment processing

Card payments, invoices and refunds are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are never stored on Sitrep servers.
